WHOLESALE POLICY
PAYMENTS
All invoices will be sent to the buyer directly via email and must be paid via e-transfer to wholesale@woodswoman.ca. If the buyer requests to pay via credit card surcharges will be applied to cover the associated fees. All orders are Pay on Delivery or Shipment. If the Buyer wishes to pay via credit card they will be required to cover all service charges.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping cost is calculated based on the size/weight of the order and included on the invoice to be paid by the retailer. Woods(wo)man Woodworking ships through Canada Post but can be shipped by other companies if requested and prepaid by the retailer (must supply shipping labels). Accommodations can be made for local delivery and local pick-up is also available in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Contact to discuss further details.
DELIVERY WINDOW
Please allow a four-week turnaround from the time that your order is confirmed. Orders placed after August 1st may be delayed due to the holiday season.
VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of wood, sizes, shapes, and grain patterning can vary. Certain wood species can be requested but not guaranteed.
GUARANTEE
All effort is put into quality checking, examining each piece, and making sure it is free of defects for each order. Woods(wo)man Woodworking reserves the right to examine pieces that may have been deemed damage due to such defects and determine if the defect in manufacturing were the cause of the damage. Responsibility for the way an order is handled after it is shipped cannot be controlled. (Does not include breakage during shipping see next).
DAMAGES
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival, and contact Woods(wo)man Woodworking within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment if there are any damages. Please document with detailed photos of product and packaging (keep packing materials) for insurance purposes. Products can either be replaced as soon as possible or a refund given.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final on Woods(wo)man Woodworking products.

Are you accepting new retail partners?
We love new clients and we look forward to talking to you in more depth! Wholesale pricing is only available to established online shops or brick and mortar stores.
We accept a limited number of consignment accounts at this time. Wholesale orders take priority over consignment order, thus order timelines and may be subject to availability.

Is there a minimum requirement to place a wholesale order?
The minimum order value is $150 (excluding HST).
Are wholesale orders available for pickup?
Accommodations for local pickup in Windsor, NS, are available. Please contact us to discuss further details.
