Just like every knot and grain in wood, each of our products is wonderfully unique. No two pieces are alike, making every creation a true work of art. We pour our heart and soul into everything we do, and we're incredibly grateful for your support, not just as customers, but as fellow admirers of craftsmanship!
Damaged Goods? We've Got Your Back
If your order arrives looking like it went through a lumberjack brawl, don't panic! Shoot us a message with your order number and a snapshot of the damage, and we'll bend over backward (not literally, that would be painful) to make things right.
Workshops
Sorry, folks, no refunds for our workshops. We've got a limited number of spots available, and once they're filled, they're filled! But hey, trust us—it's worth every penny for the knowledge and skills you'll gain.
Custom Work
No refunds for custom work, friends. We pour our heart and soul into bringing your visions to life, and that kind of magic can't be refunded. But don't worry, we'll work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your custom creation is everything you dreamed of and more.
